This patient chose a subfascial breast augmentation with Motiva Demi 245cc implants and she’s 1 year post-op. This is not the Motiva Preservé technique, so you’ll notice that her incision is slightly longer than our previous Preservé patient’s—but it is still very similar and healing beautifully.

Her results look incredibly soft, natural, and proportionate to her body. ✨

Hi! We’re Stephanie Porter and Dr. Silvia Tuthill, the proud owners of Tenth Avenue Aesthetics, with locations in East Northport and Islip, New York.
We’re both board-certified Nurse Practitioners, but beyond our credentials, we’re also wives, mothers, and women who understand that confidence looks different for everyone.
