Part-Time Front Desk Assistant – Wellness Office (West Islip)
We are a small, friendly acupuncture and wellness office in West Islip looking for a reliable and personable front desk assistant to join our team.
This is a part-time position in a calm, low-stress environment with a steady but manageable flow of patients.
Responsibilities include:
• Greeting patients and creating a welcoming environment
• Answering phones and scheduling appointments
• Processing payments
• Light cleaning/resetting treatment rooms between patients
• Occasional errands (e.g., picking up supplies or lunch)
• Basic administrative support
What we’re looking for:
• Dependable, flexible and punctual
• Friendly, professional, and comfortable interacting with patients
• Organized and able to multitask when needed
• Someone who takes initiative and helps keep the office running smoothly
Experience in a medical or wellness setting is a plus, but not required.
Also included is free acupuncture treatment and 50% off all vitamins & supplements.
Part time Schedule:
Mon (2-7)
Tues (8-5)
Wed (2-7)
Fri (10-1)
