receiving public assistance to the highly skilled corporate executive; from the sixteen-year-old high school dropout in trouble with the law to the recent college graduate; from the non-English speaking refugee to American-born adults seeking to earn their GED; from the high school freshman with autism to the frail elderly woman living alone on a fixed income. 📢 Grants are Available to NJ Companies for Employee Training | Contact JVS by September 10

Are you an NJ employer looking to develop your workforce but don’t have the funds to dedicate to training?

The State of New Jersey’s Upskill Training Grant Program may be the answer.

The State of New Jersey periodically offers training grants to NJ companies to upgrade employees’ skills. The current Fiscal Year 2027 grant round is now open, and the State requires a Letter of Intent by September 11.

JVS can help guide you through the process.

JVS Corporate Training is a New Jersey State-approved training provider that delivers training on-site and online to employees across New Jersey.

In recent grant rounds, JVS has helped clients obtain grants ranging from $20,000 to $80,000.

Here’s how JVS can help:

1. We meet with you to discuss your training needs and develop a customized training program aligned with your goals. Visit the link below for a list of some of our most popular programs.

2. We work with you to write the grant proposal and assist with the required paperwork.

3. If the grant request is approved, JVS provides training led by subject matter experts.

Whether you want to study for the High School Equivalency (GED) exam, learn English, or prepare for the United States Citizenship Exam, JVS can help you develop the skills you need to work toward your goal.

📖 Adult Basic Education (ABE)

Strengthen your Reading, Writing, Math, Science, and Social Studies skills while preparing for the High School Equivalency (GED) exam.

📖 English as a Second Language (ESL)

Learn to speak, read, and write English, with classes ranging from beginner to advanced levels.

🇺🇸 Citizenship Exam Preparation

For Legal Permanent Residents with a Green Card, our classes provide preparation for the United States Citizenship Exam, including civics questions and mock interviews.

Food safety expectations are changing. Regulators, customers, and certification bodies are looking beyond paperwork to culture—an approach increasingly reflected across regulated industries.

Our ‘Food Safety Culture & Internal Audit’ Workshop is designed to help food companies move from reactive compliance to consistent, prevention-focused ex*****on, aligned with FSMA and FSSC 22000 expectations.

This practical class focuses on:

• What ‘Food Safety Culture’ really means today
• How internal audits become a true first line of defense
• Reducing repeat nonconformances and audit fatigue
• Turning findings into preventive action, not paperwork
• Building situational awareness and confidence to speak up about food safety concerns without blame
• Building accountability and consistency on the floor
