🔨 BIG NEWS FROM HAMMER N INK! 🔨
There are some moments in life where you stop, look around, and realize just how damn lucky you are. This is one of those moments for me.
I’ll be out of the studio until September 10th, celebrating my 40th birthday in Colorado! 🏔️🎉
FORTY. 😂 And somehow, 19 of those years have been spent with a tattoo machine in my hand.
Thousands of clients. Thousands of tattoos. Thousands of conversations, laughs, stories, friendships and memories.
What started as a guy who simply loved making art somehow turned into a life and career that I could have never fully imagined. You guys gave me that. Every person who trusted me with their skin, their story, their memorial, their celebration, or just a badass idea they wanted brought to life — THANK YOU.
And turning 40 feels like the perfect time to start another chapter...
🔥 WELCOME TO HAMMER N INK, JACK COPE! 🔥
I’m incredibly excited to officially announce that Jack will begin his apprenticeship at Hammer N Ink on October 1st!
I’ve gotten to know this young man, and his work ethic, personality, artistic talent and charisma are exactly what I want representing Hammer N Ink.
After nearly two decades of learning this craft myself, there’s something pretty special about reaching the point where I can start passing that knowledge on to the next generation.
I’m going to push him. I’m going to teach him the right way. And most importantly, I want him to understand that tattooing is about a hell of a lot more than putting ink in skin ... it’s about people.
We’re hoping to have Jack behind the machine and tattooing early 2027!
So while this old man heads to the mountains to celebrate the big 4-0 😂, everybody give Jack Cope a huge welcome to the Hammer N Ink family!
19 years. Thousands of clients. One incredible life built through art.
And now I get to help somebody else begin theirs.
Here’s to 40. Here’s to Jack. And here’s to the next chapter of HAMMER N INK. Much love and appreciation to everyone!!!!🔨🖤
