Я родилась 17 марта. Да, именно в День святого Патрика мне суждено было увидеть свет. Именно поэтому я чувствую в себе силы изгнать из вашей жизни “всех змей”, которые мешают вам быть счастливыми, удачливыми и богатыми.

Yesterday, I said “no” to work, meetings, and everything else on my list and spent the entire day with my daughter and her friends. Lately, I’ve noticed my daughter scrolling through old photos on her phone more and more — pictures of when she was little, our trips, our laughs, and all the time we spent together. And I have to admit, I love looking back at those memories too. I have two grown sons who have already left home, and sometimes I would give anything to have them little again, even for just one day. I would work less, rush less, and make our time together even more special. But we can’t turn back time. Maybe that’s why I look at time with my daughter so differently now. I don’t mind canceling a meeting or leaving something unfinished anymore. What I would regret is waking up one day and realizing her childhood passed while I was too busy. I hope years from now, we’ll look through these photos together, smile, and say, “Remember that day?” ❤️ And you?

Today, during a session, my 51-year-old client said something that really stayed with me:
“Nat, I just realized I’m going to more funerals than parties.”
She had developed a deep fear of dying young. She wasn’t sick. She wasn’t dying. But the fear of death had become so strong that it was stealing something incredibly precious from her — the ability to fully enjoy being alive.
And that’s what fear can do.
It can keep us awake at night.
It can make us imagine the worst.
It can steal beautiful moments that are happening RIGHT NOW.
Today, we worked not on dying — we worked on LIVING.
Because we cannot control everything that will happen tomorrow, but we can choose what we do with TODAY.
ACTIONS KILL FEARS.
FEARS KILL ACTIONS.
Call someone you love. Take the trip. Start dancing. Change the job. Go after the dream you keep postponing.
Don’t wait for life to remind you how precious it is.
LIVE IT. ❤️
And if you’re facing the same fear — fear of dying, aging, losing someone you love, or feeling that life is passing too quickly — you are not alone.
Reach out. Asking for help may be the first action that changes everything.

If a cat can spend an entire afternoon simply enjoying the moment... why do we believe we must constantly prove our worth?

Slow down.
Watch the sunset.
Feel the breeze.
Love your people.
Pet your cat.

One day you’ll realize these ordinary moments were the extraordinary life you were searching fo🥰

How many of us are truly willing to pause life?
Our business.
Our careers.
Our families.
Our children.
Our pets.
Our phones.
The endless noise.

Starting tomorrow, my partner and I will step away from it all for 11 days to attend a Vipassana meditation retreat.

No phones. No social media. No conversations. Complete silence. Meditation from 4:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. every day.

This will be my fourth Vipassana retreat. For my partner, it’s his first.

After 31 years as a school teacher, dedicating his life to educating and inspiring young people, he retired this year. Instead of asking, “What’s next?” he chose something many people never dare to do—invest in understanding himself.

Watching his decision has reminded me that the strongest relationships aren’t built by finding the perfect partner.

They’re built when both people are willing to grow.
Real leadership begins with leading yourself.
Real love begins with taking responsibility for your own healing.

We’ll reconnect after July 27.

Until then, I’ll leave you with one question:
When was the last time you paused your life long enough to truly listen to yourself?

Read this again.

You will never be this age again.

Let that sink in. One day, you’ll either say:
“I’m so glad I did.”
Or...
“I wish I had started sooner.”

The biggest regrets in life aren’t the chances we took.

They’re the moments we let fear, doubt, or “maybe tomorrow” steal from us.

Read the first line one more time.
You will never be this age again.
🍀So call the person.
🍀Take the trip.
🍀Dance.
🍀Forgive.
🍀Heal.

Say “yes” to the life you’ve been putting on hold.
Your future is being created by the choices you make today.

Sometimes the most beautiful places find us when our plans fall apart.
On Crete, we missed our tour of the legendary Palace of Knossos, the ancient home of King Minos and, according to Greek mythology, the famous Labyrinth of the Minotaur. At first, we were disappointed. But instead of trying to catch up with the schedule, we hopped on a local bus for just €3 and let the day take us wherever it wanted.
That’s how we found one of the most beautiful places we’ve ever visited — the Botanical Park of Crete.
Twenty-three years ago, a devastating wildfire destroyed one of the island’s largest olive groves. Most people would have walked away. But one local family chose to bring the land back to life. Today, it’s a breathtaking three-kilometer botanical garden filled with plants from all over the world.
As we wandered through the trails, peacocks seemed to outnumber the visitors. And then there were the donkeys… gentle, friendly, and happy to eat oranges right out of our hands. Sometimes the simplest moments become the ones you remember forever.
Just as we were leaving, I noticed a small sign that almost everyone walked past.
“The balance of the Earth is our balance too.”
I stopped.
As a hypnotherapist and holistic healer, helping people restore balance is what I do every day. And somehow, those words felt like a sign—almost as if the Universe was quietly reminding me that I’m exactly where I’m meant to be.
Maybe we didn’t miss our tour after all.
Maybe we were simply guided to the place we were supposed to find.
Sometimes life has a better plan than we do. Let go of the need to control everything, trust the journey, and stay open to the unexpected. Those unplanned moments often become the most meaningful memories.
Do you believe the Universe speaks to us through signs? ❤️

Muscle pain...Bone pain…Uncontrolled migraines…Allergies…Insomnia…And 45 pills a day that weren’t providing the relief she desperately needed for years…

At just 32 years old, she was forced to give up her beloved hobby - coaching volleyball and had almost stopped leaving the house because pain had taken control of her life, while traditional treatments seemed powerless to help.

And then something incredible happened. After just three hypnotherapy sessions combined with holistic wellness protocols and doTERRA essential oils, the PAIN was GONE!

Over the years, I’ve noticed a pattern: our bodies often scream while we keep ignoring the message. Unprocessed emotions, chronic stress, resentment, fears, and negative thought patterns can live inside us for years, eventually showing up as physical symptoms.

If doctors tell you everything looks fine, but your body continues to suffer, it may be time to look deeper and address the root cause instead of only managing the symptoms.

Don’t accept pain as your normal. Sometimes the answer is much closer than you think. ❤️

“Natalya, they featured you in our Mount Lebanon magazine! You should take pride in your accomplishment!” — that’s how my morning commenced today.

And genuinely… in that moment, what I felt wasn’t pride. It was gratitude. For the journey. For the individuals I encountered along the way. And for the version of myself that determined not to relinquish, even when it was daunting. When you relocate to a new country, people don’t witness your tears, sleepless nights, fear of starting anew, working without respite, or the moments when you feel depleted. People typically only perceive the outcome.

Today, holding this magazine in my hands alongside my morning coffee, I wasn’t pondering the article itself. I was reflecting on how many iterations of myself I had to shed to become who I am today. As a hypnotherapist, I witness daily how challenging change can be — letting go of the past, overcoming fears, and learning how to prioritize oneself again. And perhaps that’s why I comprehend so profoundly the value of incremental steps and significant inner triumphs.

And yes, garnering five-star reviews and expressions of gratitude necessitates an enormous amount of effort. Behind every star are years of dedication, countless hours with clients, responsibility for people’s narratives, continuous growth, and a genuine desire to facilitate someone’s transformation.

Maybe that’s why moments like this affect me so profoundly — not because of accolades, but because they remind me that even the smallest steps taken through fear can eventually lead you to places you never envisioned you’d attain. I extend my gratitude to every individual who entrusted me with a part of their story. Without you, this page wouldn’t exist.

Honestly, gadgets became a huge problem in our family too.

Kids don’t really listen to us… they copy us. And if mom and dad are constantly on their phones, they naturally do the same.

So this weekend I said: that’s it - we’re dedicating time to ourselves and to each other. Ipacked board games, paints, pencils, bingo - all the simple things our generation grew up with. And you know what happened? The moment I put my own phone away and started drawing, playing, laughing… the whole family slowly joined in too.

And for the first time in a long time, we had a real gadget-free day. No phones. No endless scrolling.
Just real conversations, laughter, and the feeling of being a real family again.

As a hypnotherapist and holistic healer, I truly believe phone addiction is not really about the phone itself. It’s about overwhelmed minds, overstimulated nervous systems, and a lack of real emotional connection.

Here are a few things that genuinely helped us make it easier and more natural:
✅Start with yourself.
Kids always feel authenticity. If parents are on their phones all day, rules won’t work.
✅Don’t just take the phone away - replace it with emotion.
Games, cooking together, walks, painting, bonfires, bedtime talks. The brain needs joy and connection, not just restriction.
✅Create a family ritual.
For example: one gadget-free day every weekend, even if it’s just for a few hours. Over time it becomes something everyone looks forward to.
✅Spend more time in nature.
Both kids and adults regulate their nervous systems through nature, silence, water, trees, movement, and real human connection - not screens.

And the most important thing…Years from now, our kids won’t remember what phone we had. But they will remember if we were truly present with them. ❤️

A few days ago my friend Galya messaged me:
“Hey!! Would you want to join the local Russian theater ‘Sobesednik’ for their next show? They need actresses. I can totally see you doing this 😁”
I laughed and replied: “Oh come on, girl. Like I need a theater on top of everything else — I’d never be home 😄”

Fast forward a few days… I get a call from a man (let’s call him Alex): “We’d like to book an appointment with you. We’ve heard great things. Please help our daughter — she’s dealing with bullying at school and her anxiety has gotten really bad.”

And two hours later — mom, dad, and their 14-year-old daughter walk into my office…
Turns out this man is a world-famous Hollywood movie maker. They’d moved to Pittsburgh for a film shoot and found me through referrals.

I will never forget the line outside a movie theater in Minsk back in 2007 when one of his films came out — it was THE movie of the year… (For confidentiality reasons I can’t reveal which film, to protect my client’s identity.)

And here he is — sitting across from me, in my office, in Pittsburgh — asking me to work with his daughter, even though my usual client age is 21+, and she’s 14.

After 15 minutes of talking, Alex says: “I want to do therapy too. I’m sure there’s plenty I can work on.”
So now I’m doing therapy with both of them — a world-famous Hollywood movie maker and his daughter.

But that’s not even the best part… This is the line that stopped me cold:
“If we get real results working with you — I will make a film about you and the lives you’ve healed. I’ve been thinking about a movie on positive thinking and the law of attraction for a long time, and from what I’ve heard, you’re exactly who I’ve been looking for…”

Oh, results? I can promise them that — I know my work well! But that my friend’s suggestion to try out for a play would turn into THIS kind of story… I couldn’t have dreamed it. And who knows… maybe soon there’ll be a line at the movie theater with me in it 😄

P.S. One more fun detail… My daughter Amelia dreams of becoming a Hollywood actress. Looks like we’ve got connections now 🎬
