EARNED- -I’ve been ashamed of my loose skin and stretch marks. I am no fit IG model but my body is strong, fit and healthy.

I realized that I have earned all of the loose skin and stretch marks. My body has been fat, lean, had 2 babies, but my body has supported me, through wins and losses with minor injuries.

You may have stretch marks, loose skin, and imperfections, but you can be fit, strong, and amazing! See what your body can do, push it, go past your limitations, and be proud of your body and all the amazing things it can do.
