Balance Life members, this one’s for you - this was the Foodie Friday recipe you received a couple of weeks back! I made my favorite 5 minute herb blend: this time with parsley, garlic chives, cilantro, oregano, 2 garlic cloves, 1 jalapeño, lemon juice and olive oil. It’ll be the base for several meals this weekend: pasta with herb sauce (very pesto-esque), salad dressing using the herb sauce and blending in an avocado to make an herby Green Goddess dressing. Full of vitamins, antioxidants and immune boosters, this blend will keep you healthy all spring long!
