Sea Moss Gel has virtually no taste so it can be added to anything, and you wouldn’t know; shakes, coffee, tea, oatmeal, desserts etc. The more you add the texture will thicken.
1 Tbs a day min recommended. Lasts 30days in the refrigerator. Freeze to last up to a year. You can freeze in ice trays and add to your shakes or beverage of choice for a longer shelf life as well.

We do not boil or add heat to our sea moss, we let it naturally gel to preserve all the minerals. This process does take time and can take up to 48hrs but the high quality sea moss is worth it!
