Nashville delivered.

Senior Living Executive Conference always brings the right people into the same room — operators, partners, and people genuinely pushing this industry forward. This year we got to show up with something new: a refreshed ECP brand and a new website built for where we're headed.

Booth #901 stayed busy. We caught up with longtime partners, met customers we don't get to see enough, and had the kind of conversations that actually go somewhere.

We also had to bring a little energy to the week. Our song "ECP Turn-Up," the House of Cards event, and close-up magic that had people stopping mid-sentence — we wanted to create something worth remembering.

Thank you to everyone who spent time with us. The people in this industry are why the work matters.

Phase 3 is underway for PLC! This week the ECP team headed to Celebration Villa of Lakemont Farms near Pittsburgh to kick off enterprise training — and the energy in the room matched the occasion.

Corporate trainers, regionals, compliance leadership, and even their Director of Corporate Soul all showed up. That kind of cross-functional investment makes all the difference.

The team got together in Boulder this week and it was exactly what we needed.

Two days together — hiking the Flatirons, getting into strategy, spending real time with each other outside of the day-to-day. The kind of week that reminds you why the people around you matter.

Everything we build touches real people. Residents in assisted living communities, and the operators and staff who care for them. That stays front of mind no matter how fast we grow.

And we are growing. Heading into the back half of 2026 with a lot of momentum and a team that's hungry to keep going.
