Finished my grief & loss training.

Not to fix grief.
Not to rush it.
Not to make it pretty.

But to learn how to sit with it.
To honor it.
To make space for what hurts without asking it to hurry.

Grief is love with nowhere to go… and now I feel even more equipped to help hold that love with care.

I’m so excited to finally share this…
NeuYogi is now officially recognized as a Registered Yoga School (RYS 200) with Yoga Alliance. ✨

This milestone represents more than a program.
It reflects years of learning and unlearning — reshaping who I am, how I show up, how I lead, and how I trust my own voice.
It’s the result of changing, growing, healing, expanding, and slowly becoming someone who can hold this kind of space with integrity and heart.

The NeuYogi 200-Hour Teacher Training will be rooted in:
• nervous system understanding
• trauma-informed language and choice
• subtle-body and energetic awareness
• movement, embodiment, breath
• authenticity and lived experience
• yoga beyond the poses

This isn’t about memorizing scripts or performing yoga.
It’s about presence, truth, and connection — with yourself and the people you will one day guide.
