On Friday, September 25th in New York City, lung cancer oncology fellows will gather for a half-day of sessions on medical communications, clinical thought leadership, network building, establishing digital presence and expertise, and career development ahead of OLN Great Debates in Solid Tumors. Your digital presence is part of your professional identity, and it is something you can build intentionally.

When a patient is sitting in front of us, are we asking about both the patient’s germline alterations and the somatic alterations in the tumor?

What do you do when the data supports more than one defensible treatment approach?

Across breast, lung, genitourinary, and gynecologic cancers, clinicians are navigating questions that remain unsettled:

• Should an emerging ESR1 mutation detected through ctDNA prompt a treatment change before radiographic progression?
• Is additional therapy necessary after a pathologic complete response to neoadjuvant chemoimmunotherapy?
