Rainbow Omega Rainbow Omega is a faith-based non-profit organization providing vocational and residential programs

Rainbow Omega is located in the rural community of Eastaboga, Alabama. Rainbow Omega has seven residential homes, two intermediate Care facilities for the Developmentally Disabled, nine greenhouses, a vocational center, apartments (for staff), a respite cottage and just recently opened a garden center.

Joanna exemplifies patience, kindness, and genuine attentiveness to the needs of the residents she serves. She is a dedicated team player who consistently wants what is best for each individual and approaches her work with compassion and a willingness to help wherever she is needed. Our hearts are full after An Evening of Promise, Hope & Impact! We are incredibly grateful to everyone who attended, sponsored, gave and helped make the evening so special.

A special thank you to AJ & Katherine McCarron for the impact they made through a meaningful conversation led by Rainbow Omega Board Member Jeff Helms. Notemeal set the tone beautifully with an incredible performance, and Andrew Itson kept the evening moving as our emcee.

We are also grateful to Board Members Clay Blankenship and Leslie Jewell for leading a successful Fund the Mission – Promise Paddle round. The generosity in the room will provide much-needed and requested items for the people who make Rainbow Omega so special.

Most of all, thank you for believing in Rainbow Omega and the people at the heart of our mission, for making it an unforgettable evening and for being part of the Rainbow Omega family!

It’s all hands on deck as we put the finishing touches on An Evening of Promise, Hope & Impact! From preparations big and small, everyone is pitching in to make Thursday night a meaningful celebration of our mission—and the people who make it possible.

Our Day Habilitation Program recently hit the road for a visit to Buc-ee’s and Bass Pro Shops! From checking out all the Buc-ee’s favorites to exploring the great outdoors at Bass Pro, there was plenty to see, do and talk about along the way.
Trips like these are more than a fun day out—they are opportunities to practice community skills, make choices, explore new places and enjoy time with friends.
Safe to say, this adventure was a hit! 🛍️✨
