💪 Kel said he was DONE. His trainers had other plans! 😂

“But I already did that once!” was Kel’s response when Special Strong - East Central Alabama trainers challenged him to keep strengthening his back.

A little creativity, a new approach, and plenty of encouragement later… Kel was CRUSHING IT! 💪

🎥 Watch what happens when teamwork meets determination!

Way to go, Kel!

🎄 THIS ONE DESERVES A SPOT ON YOUR DOOR.
Even better? You get to make it yourself!
Join us for a Christmas Wreath Class and create something festive, fabulous and completely your own - Tomorrow, Thursday, October 8!
🚨 Only a few seats remain—so don’t wait to grab yours!
Bring a friend. Make a wreath. Kick off the Christmas season with a little creativity.🎄
✨Wreaths shown are examples only. Your wreath will be a one-of-a-kind creation—because matching everyone else’s front door would be no fun at all.
