It's not that complicated. If you are able to burn fat aa you age your hormone production will be optimized, helping you avoid hormone replacement therapy. The reason many lose the ability to burn fat id because they may not only be eating too much, but also eat too many carbohydrates which turn to sugar. When you never give your insulin production a rest you become insulin resistant and this is at the root caise of why you are fatigued, why you are missing periods, why you are having hot flashes, why you can't sleep, why you can't tolerate the pain during that time of the month, why you can't put on muscle and the list goes on and on.
"But my levels are low, my doctor tested me and I need trt or hrt and im 40 years old or 50 years old or even 70 years old."

Many women and men jump on hormone replacement therapy to suppress the symptoms of a broken metabolism as they age. While they may feel better and have less symptoms, the underlying cause of their hormonal decline (and its not age) remains.
