As we move into the darker half of the year I find myself being reminded to slow down, turn inward and make a little more space for rest and reflection.

This season can bring up a lot for us and sometimes we need a little extra support as we move through change and settle into the quieter months.

At Dreki Soul we hold space for this through yoga, breathwork, Reiki, sound healing and Thai yoga bodywork. These practices can offer us a chance to reconnect with our bodies, release tension and find a little stillness when life feels heavy.

As nature begins to let go I’m trying to do the same. To honor what has brought me here, release what I no longer need to carry and make room for what’s next.

May we give ourselves permission to slow down and find the support we need as we move through this season. 🖤🍂

Beyond the Mat | The Healing Arts 🌿

There’s so much to explore beyond our regular classes at Dreki Soul. From Reiki and embodiment healing to Human Design, shamanic practices and spiritual guidance, our practitioners each bring something unique to our community.

As the seasons shift and the Wheel of the Year turns, we’ll be spotlighting each practitioner throughout the months ahead, sharing more about their work and the times of year when their offerings may feel especially supportive.

We’re also excited to welcome Sydney to the Dreki Soul team as our intern, helping us with content and marketing. We’ll be sharing more about her soon!

And there’s more to come. We’re looking forward to bringing Jolie and Tia into our private offerings.

In recognition of Pregnancy & Infant Loss Awareness Month, we’re opening our doors for a free afternoon of gentle care, connection, and space to simply be. 🤍

Through restorative yoga, breathwork, Reiki, we’ll create space to soften, rest, and honor whatever you may be carrying.

There is no pressure to share, process, or participate in any particular way. Every movement is optional and rest is always welcome.

There’s a version of me that wouldn’t post this video.

A version that would have noticed the breakout on my face, worried about what people might think and redone the whole thing.

I’m grateful that version of me doesn’t run the show anymore.

I went to the Big E, ate foods I haven’t eaten in a long time and continued eating that way a little longer than I should have. My body is letting me know it didn’t agree with me and I’m learning to honor that instead of judging it.

The bloating, breakouts and changes are simply my body communicating with me. I’ve spent a lot of time healing my relationship with my body and releasing the fear of being seen imperfectly.

So here I am. Exactly as I am. 🖤

The Wheel Within | Seasonal Yoga 🌿

A warm, grounding morning yoga practice inspired by the turning of the Wheel, the seasons and our connection to the natural world.

Through movement, breathwork and seasonal reflection, we’ll explore the rhythms of change, growth, release and renewal, both in nature and within ourselves.

Each class is a chance to slow down, move with intention and connect with the season we’re living through. We’ll close with an oracle card pull and reflection.

First class: This Saturday at 9:00 AM
