A little reminder for this month.
September is Su***de Prevention Month, but I also think it’s a good reminder that parents need support long before they reach a crisis.
Parenthood can be beautiful, but it can also be really hard. Sometimes you’re overwhelmed, exhausted, lonely, worried, or just having one of those days where you think, “I really need someone to talk to.”
At The Village, our Mommy & Me Postpartum Groups is a place for our moms to come for connect, ask questions, or simply just enjoy getting out of the house.
Moms of Babies
Tuesdays at 10 AM
Moms of Toddlers
Thursdays at 10 AM
And because support doesn't just start postpartum, join our Virtual Bump Club Tuesdays at 5:30pm.
If you’re struggling and don’t know where to start, you can always reach out to us for resources or get immediate assistance using the information below.
Don't live on the Eastern Shore? Postpartum Support International has free virtual support groups and resources for moms and dads.
