FAQ TIME 👩🏫💡
☀️ Building a base tan is a marathon 🚫 not a sprint.
One of the biggest mistakes people make is trying to get dark too quickly. A base tan develops when your skin gradually produces more melanin over time. This process doesn’t happen overnight and it doesn’t happen faster by overexposing your skin.
💡 A few things that can help:
✔️ Follow your salon’s recommended tanning schedule
✔️ Allow 24–48 hours between sessions for colour development
✔️ Keep your skin hydrated inside and out
✔️ Moisturize daily
✔️ Avoid burns and overexposure
✔️ Be patient and consistent
Many people begin noticing a more established
base tan within 2–4 weeks, but everyone’s skin responds differently. Factors such as genetics, skin type, age, medications, hydration, and skincare habits can all influence results.💛
🥅 The goal isn’t to get as dark as possible as fast as possible. The goal is to build colour gradually, maintain healthy-looking skin, and create results that last. ☀️✨
