processing fee.48 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY:Schedule changes need to be made more than 48 hours prior to original appointment time to maintain deposit., or deposit is forfeit.

Hey, everyone.
All Saturdays in September are booked up, but there are plenty of weekday appointments available still. HMU if you want some work done this month.

Coverups have always been a challenge for tattoo artists. I've always liked them, because they're a double dose of satisfaction for the clients. Not only do they have a new piece, but they have the relief of no longer seeing the old mess.

Images below are a progression of the coverup process on Darin several years ago, but definitely one of my favorite puzzles to work through. From a scratcher's poor rendition of a Motocross rider to an Alaskan grizzly watching the northern lights.

We pulled off a hat trick today. A family I began tattooing over 20 years ago designed individual variations of a "family tattoo" and we completed the final installment on the trio of Mother, Father, and Daughter today.

In the 22 years since I have been tattooing in this town, I have worked on thousands of people, here and abroad. Over the years, I have had the honor of becoming the chosen artist for several families. I work on parents, sometimes grandparents, siblings, cousins and significant others.
But there's something special about when a child comes of age and the family brings them to me. I have clients that came in years ago to get their newborn's name, maybe a hand or footprint... Then, next thing I know that kid has turned 18, and they're in my shop, smiling, nervous, and a proud parent by their side.
I may tease them a little, try to break the ice, but I try to make it a positive experience.

I think everyone should contribute to their community in their own way. This is the best way I know how. I try to help people by creating living memories. And for some, it seems I've helped create a family tradition, as well.

I just want those families to know how grateful I am to be part of their lives . Thank you. 💜
