Relieving stress, reducing inflammation, relieving muscle cramps, detoxifying the body, and balancing the skin's ph are just a few of the many benefits of the salt base (which is a combination of pink himalayan salt, dead sea mineral salt, epsom salt and baking soda). The various combinations of herbs, jojoba oil and essential oils only add to these benefits.
