Today we celebrate Lilly's one year anniversary at DreamShip! As a supervisor, Lilly works closely with parents and techs to put in programs and goals for each client. If adjustments are necessary, she makes them so our clients can thrive and be successful! Thanks for all you do Lilly 💙

Cynthia (BT3) is working hard creating fun sensory projects for our kids.
Caroline (BT2) is training new staff and sharing her knowledge with the team.
Melanie (BT) is always ready with her fun bag of reinforcers.
Grace and Chloe (Supervisor Interns) are contributing both on the floor with clients and off the floor by supporting programming and daily operations.
Lilly and Alyssa (Supervisors) are keeping programs running smoothly behind the scenes while also enjoying meaningful time on the floor with the kids.

Grateful for a team that shows up, learns, and supports our learners every day. 💙

There’s been a lot of construction happening here at Dreamship lately 🛠️✨
So let’s throw it back to our days at Banbury—where it all started and built the foundation of who we are today.

Most importantly, through all the building and changes, our kids have grown right along with us—and that’s what makes it all worth it 💙
