🚨🚨🚨 NEW APPOINTMENT POLICY 🚨🚨🚨
We are now non refundable deposits. You will also need your appointments approved. They are no longer instantly accepted.
Why? Unfortunately for several months now we have been getting A LOT of our customers not showing up on time, not prepared with proper identification or not understanding that jewelry is a separate purchase. We never understood why because we are 10000000% transparent on our booking site detailing exactly what's needed for identification, that jewelry is a separate purchase and our late policy is all listed BEFORE a client chooses to book.
What was the one common reason among clients who were not prepared for their appointments? "Sorry I didn't read it"...............
We take your time very seriously hence why we have the option to book an appointment. When a client shows up unprepared it is stopping someone else from getting pierced who would have been prepared and took our business seriously.
From here forward ALL appointments will need approval before being accepted. Don't worry we don't take the deposit unless we accept your appointment!
How do you get your appointment approved? Once you submit your appointment request you will get a notification in your email (check spam also) for an Identification and Policy Agreement. This will need to be signed and submitted immediately after setting your appointment request.
Why are we doing this? If the common reason we hear clients are unprepared is because they didn't read our policies before booking, then if we make you read, initial and sign agreeing to them then there should be far less issues
We have been trying this for about a week and a half now and wildly .....not a single person has been unprepared since.
We will/ do take walk ins for those that have a hard time committing to things. We get it we really do. We just can't take anymore appointments that take away time from clients who are ready. Please understand when chancing a walk in there may be zero wait time to potentially hours long wait times.
This move is solely to make our studio more efficient and try to open up appointment slots for customers who are prepared.
