As a woman-owned business, longevity doesn't happen by accident. It comes from countless early mornings, late nights, weekends, holidays, difficult decisions, and sacrifices that few people ever see. Behind every year of success are moments of uncertainty, risks that kept you awake at night, costly mistakes, a few spectacularly bad decisions, challenges that tested your strength, and obstacles that seemed impossible to overcome.
The truth is, staying in business for 19 years takes blood, sweat, and tears. It means showing up when you're exhausted. It means pushing forward when the economy shifts, when clients come and go, and when obstacles threaten to derail everything you've worked so hard to build. It means investing in your dreams even when the outcome isn't guaranteed.
As women entrepreneurs, we often wear many hats. We are leaders, problem-solvers, mentors, caregivers, and visionaries.
