We’ve got a new neighbor at YoungQuest Fitness! 🌲
We’re excited to welcome Dr. Cody Simpson and Evergreen Neurodevelopment & Chiropractic to the YoungQuest Fitness community here in Eden Prairie.
Dr. Cody’s path into healthcare is a little different than your typical chiropractor.
Before becoming a doctor, Cody spent years as an athlete and competitive rugby player, eventually playing rugby while attending Palmer College of Chiropractic. Those experiences shaped the way he looks at the human body today - not simply as a collection of muscles and joints, but as a nervous system that has to coordinate movement, balance, vision, strength, recovery, and performance.
And they eventually led him to a bigger question:
Why do some people keep struggling - even when they seem to be doing all the right things?
Why does the same pain keep coming back? Why does one athlete move effortlessly while another struggles with balance, coordination, or recovery? And why can a bright, capable kid work incredibly hard yet still struggle with things that seem to come naturally to everyone else?
Those questions are a big part of why Evergreen exists.
At Evergreen, Dr. Cody works with kids, athletes, active adults, and families using chiropractic care alongside a neurodevelopmental and movement-based approach.
For our YoungQuest members, that can mean taking a different look at stubborn aches and pains, movement limitations, balance and coordination challenges, recovery, and the nervous system’s role in how we move and perform.
For kids and families, Evergreen has a special focus on neurodevelopment - looking at things like coordination, balance, eye movements, sensory-motor development, and the foundations that support movement, learning, and confidence.
Because sometimes, the thing you’re noticing isn’t the whole story.
And now you don’t have to go very far to learn more.
Evergreen is officially open and accepting new patients right here inside YoungQuest Fitness.
