Sooo.....sick season is here!
I just made some fresh elderberry syrup and finished up a small batch of Fire Tonic. I will be in Edgar springs on November 5, so if anyone local needs to stock up for winter now is the time.

For those of you who just aren't fans of anything vinegar based, I do have Fire Tonic available in capsule form. Let me know if you have any questions about it!

For the DIY folks out there, or if you are just looking to save some money, I have Elderberry syrup kits available. They come with everything (except the water and honey) you need to make your own batch of syrup. It is available in 3 different batch sizes, and full, easy-to-follow instructions.
