Living Well With Asthma Feedback - Common asthma triggers are upper respiratory infections, changes in weather and temperature, feather pillows, dander from warm blooded pets, exercise, irritants, molds & allergens. To manage an attack follow the simple steps. 1) Stop all physical activity 2) Remove yourself from the trigger 3) Administer your medication 4) Allow time for the medication to work.
