[Images] Frontal CXR shows inwardly displaced aortic atherosclerotic calcifications (red arrows) compared to their peripheral location on the comparison CXR from 3 years prior. Axial and coronal CTA images confirm an aortic intramural hematoma due to Type B aortic dissection (red arrows).

[Images] Axial and coronal unenhanced CT reveals mesenteric root haziness with a mildly hyperdense SMV (red ovals). Subsequent enhanced images demonstrate visible clot in the upper SMV (red arrow) with occluded mid and distal SMV (red arrows).
