We sacrifice sleep, peace, time, bodies, dreams, and pieces of ourselves without hesitation—just to make sure they feel safe, loved, and happy.
We carry the weight no one sees. We hold families together in silence. We keep showing up even when we are exhausted beyond words.

And somehow, through all the giving, all the worrying, all the selfless love… it is all worth it. Every hard moment. Every sleepless night. Every sacrifice.
