Hello, everyone.
One particular inquiry we often get is whether there are job vacancies to be a provider.
Here is some information that may give you a good idea of how we hire providers, and why there usually are no vacancies:
For the most part, when there is an opening, the window of job availability is usually very narrow in time frame, and usually unexpected in terms occurrence. This is because providers are only hired to service clients of ours that need a new provider, or to service new clients without a provider. For the most part, new clients usually have a recommended provider that they request while simultaneously enrolling in our services. And upon meeting that state requirements, we can hire that provider recommended by the client. Therefore, they both begin business with us, leaving no job opportunity.
Provider occupations are based on client need. If there is a client, there will be a job. However, as stated, most clients have willing, potential providers that they have been in touch with prior to enrolling in services.
With that being said, we still do welcome people who would like to be providers to make contact with us. Occasionally there are clients who request that we select a provider for them just as long as they meet the requirements.
Lastly,
If a potential provider comes in with a client who qualifies for services, they can be hired so long as they meet the requirements and has consent of client. This means, If someone you know is interested in enrolling as a client, you can be their provider.
So essentially, you and the client can create the job vacancy yourselves by applying together.
Have a great day everyone,
Amistad Staff.
