Friends of Cyrus II is looking to connect with Support Coordination agencies, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, transition programs, special education departments, and other community partners supporting individuals with developmental disabilities.

We would love the opportunity to visit your organization, introduce our services, and discuss how we can support the individuals and families you serve through meaningful community engagement, day habilitation, and person-centered care.

Friends of Cyrus II was proud to attend the Tabernacle Memorial Day Parade and sponsor the wreath presented during the wreath-laying ceremony. The individuals FOCII supports, proudly joined the community for a meaningful day of remembrance, reflection, and honor. ❤️🤍💙

Friends of Cyrus II is honored to once again attend the Tabernacle Memorial Day Parade on Saturday, 5/23. This special community event is a time to come together in remembrance and gratitude for the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our country.

This year, we are also proud to sponsor a wreath that will be laid during the memorial ceremony in honor of our fallen heroes. ❤️🤍💙

We look forward to another memorable day of honoring, reflecting, and celebrating together. We hope to see you there!

Big congratulations to Jon P. on earning his blue belt in karate! 💙🥋

This exciting accomplishment is a true reflection of the hard work, discipline, and dedication he has shown throughout his training journey. From learning new techniques to building confidence and perseverance, Jon has continued to push himself and grow both on and off the mat.

Earning a blue belt is an important milestone, and we are so proud to celebrate all of the effort and determination that helped him reach this moment. Keep up the amazing work, Jon. We can’t wait to see what you accomplish next! 👏

Spring has sprung! 🪺
We have some adorable new neighbors who’ve made themselves right at home outside one of our community residences. 🏠
These tiny eggs are a sweet reminder of growth, new beginnings, and the sense of home and community we strive to create every day at Friends of Cyrus II.
As we head further into spring and look ahead to all of the exciting events and community connections this season brings—including our upcoming Millstone Memorial Day BBQ on May 22nd—we’re grateful for moments like these that remind us how special community truly is. 💚☀️

We had an amazing day bringing our community together at Friends of Cyrus II! Residents and staff enjoyed a BBQ filled with food, laughter, and connection, and we were honored to welcome local community members including the Tabernacle Township Police Department and the Tabernacle Historical Society. 🚓🏛️
Moments like these remind us how powerful community inclusion, support, and shared spaces can be. Grateful for everyone who showed up and made the day so special. 🌿✨

At FOCII, we take learning and training to another level! Recently, we implemented our FOC University to ensure our leadership team is ready for anything.
FOC University is a new initiative centered on the continued growth of our leadership team. Each month, our leaders come together for focused, hands-on training that builds both knowledge and confidence in their roles. 📚
These sessions cover a range of important topics, including licensing requirements, leadership development, key insights and best practices, family satisfaction, social support, inclusion culture. The goal is to create a strong foundation across all levels of leadership so expectations are clear and support is consistent.

Sometimes a nature day is all you need! Getting outside and moving our bodies is an important part of everyday when the weather allows. ☀️
The people we serve at our Tabernacle Day Program enjoy being in their community especially if it means getting to simply bask in the sunshine.

We’re excited to introduce Marisol, our new Wellness Coordinator at Friends of Cyrus II. She is already making an impact in the moments that matter most. 🫶
Recently, Marisol spent time with one of our residents, Blair diving into the world of nursing, turning curiosity into a hands-on, confidence-building experience. It’s this kind of connection, where learning feels empowering and personal, that truly sets the tone for what we strive to create every day. 🫂
With her clinical background and natural ability to connect, Marisol brings both knowledge and heart to our community and we’re so excited for what’s ahead.

Skye stopped by our Millstone Day Program for her monthly visit, and as always, she brought all the love with her. From games of fetch to quiet cuddle time (and yes, plenty of treats), she made her rounds and lifted everyone’s spirits along the way.
Her visits have become something our participants truly look forward to. There’s just something about Skye that brings a sense of calm, comfort, and connection especially on days when it’s needed most.
We’re so grateful for the joy she continues to bring to our community 💫
