Healing Roots Healing Roots is a whole-health practice centered on sustainable wellness. Healing Roots provides sustainable wellness for the community. Lydia Sharp, LAc, MAcOM

I am a licensed acupuncturist and herbalist with a passion for nutrition and patient empowerment. I believe that the human body is immensely capable of healing itself from physical and emotional trauma when given the proper tools, and I believe that sharing our stories of healing with one another adds an extra layer of depth to recovery. Spend some time exploring this page, and feel free to contact me with questions or for appointment availability. Healing Roots is in central OKC.
