• RELIABILITY and CUSTOMER SERVICE - Every client have an assign

ed care managers available to them 24/7.

• MANAGEMENT and SUPERVISION- Our highly skilled care managers will conduct an in-home/facility consultation to assess each client's needs and collaborate with the registered nurse to formulate a comprehensive and personalized care plan to ensure the right services shall be provided. Care manager shall submit the customized care plan to the Director of Clinical Services for review, recommendation and approval.

• Service Quality- We select the home health professional based on the client's needs, preferences, personality, and schedule. Our care team will periodically visit the client to ensure the care provider is completing all assigned tasks. A Kind Heart management team will also communicate and share information with families, the facility and client’s physician about the client's care to ensure that your loved one receives the right care at the right time. On Holocaust Survivor Day, we honor the resilient survivors who continue to carry stories the world must never forget. 🕊️

As a Filipino-led organization, this day also reflects a meaningful chapter in our history. Between 1937 and 1941, at a time when many countries severely restricted Jewish immigration, Philippine President Manuel L. Quezon’s “Open Doors” policy helped provide refuge in the Philippines to over 1,200 Jewish refugees, many known as the “Manilaners.”

Most settled in Manila, while plans for larger safe-haven communities were explored in places including Marikina and Mindanao before WWII interrupted these efforts. After the war, many of these families rebuilt their lives in the United States and elsewhere.

At A Kind Heart, this history reminds us that compassion is a choice. Let us continue to choose empathy, stand against indifference, and protect the human stories that deserve to be remembered.
