Have you tried Young Living's Golden Turmeric?
Turmeric has been one of those "good for your health" topics for as long as I can remember. The reason I love it is because it's:
a) high in curcuminoids that help with inflammation,
b) it has a prebiotic which helps with that gut-brain connection (gut health is connected to SO many things including but not limited it uncontrollable worries),
c) curcumin is a powerful antioxidant.
So by simply adding Golden Turmeric to our routine we get extra immune support, digestive support, the same amount of turmeric from 300mg as I would from 1,926mg of regular turmeric extract, emotional support (yes. please.), AND it supports my muscles after a long day, helps my joints feel better after sitting for hours (IE: in car OR in front of computer) PLUS, it's an amazing anti-inflammatory.

HOW TO USE IT:
Mix ½ teaspoon in 6–8 ounces of water, juice, or milk of choice once daily..
Drink at nighttime as part of your wind-down routine.. (warming up milk of choice with cacao, maca, a touch of honey and this blend is absolute perfection)
Combine with water, ice, 1 drop of Cardamom Vitality essential oil, and 2 ounces of NingXia Red for a delicious wellness drink..
Add to a green smoothie (it’s delicious with the Vanilla Spice Protein Powder)..
Steep Spiced Turmeric Vitality Tea and add ½ teaspoon of Golden Turmeric for a cozy nighttime drink (so good!!)
AND A FAN FAVORITE:
Start your day with a Golden Milk Latte
+ ½ Tsp Golden Turmeric powder
+ 8 oz milk of choice
+ 1 drop Cardamom Vitality
+ 1 drop Nutmeg Vitality
+ Swish of Cinnamon Bark Vitality (insert a toothpick into the bottle, then swirl it around in the milk)
+ Dash of ground cinnamon for garnish
* Heat the milk on medium low, then stir in Golden Turmeric powder and add essential oils. Stir gently, then top with a sprinkle of cinnamon!
+ Optional: froth some of the milk and essential oils together for a delicious foam!
The secret here is to just use it! Whatever way suits you and your family best.
Chronic, low level inflammation is such a big part of so many of the health problems many of us might be experiencing. Golden Turmeric really does help. 😍👏🏼
