No recording for you today, but I did squeeze in 30 minutes of pure bliss in the sauna - it was detox gold! Since I'm kicking off my 90-day protocol on Tuesday, I figured I'd get a head start on sweating out all the toxins my body has been holding onto. Now, for those who didn't know, sweating is like a mini-vacation for your insides - it's like a detox party and everyone's invited! If you're already breaking a sweat working out or wrestling with kids, kudos to you. But if you're like me and need a more relaxing way to detox, sitting in a sauna for 30 minutes is a great way to let the good sweat flow. If you're curious about using the sauna at Bella Health and Wellness Center or just want to sweat more efficiently, hit me up.
