📢 412th Medical Group Clinic Hours Reminder

Please take note of our upcoming modified clinic hours:

🔹 Tomorrow, Friday, 4 September: The 412th Medical Group will close early at 1:00 p.m.

🔹 Monday, 7 September: The clinic will be CLOSED in observance of Labor Day.

🔹 Tuesday, 8 September: We will resume regular clinic hours.

Please plan accordingly for any appointments, pharmacy needs, or other medical services.

📢 NEW 412TH MEDICAL GROUP HOURS

Effective Friday, Sept. 11, the 412th Medical Group will be closed at 1530 every Friday to support the Secretary of War's physical fitness and readiness directive.

All other operating hours will remain the same. Please plan appointments, prescription pickups and other clinic visits accordingly.

🚧 TRAFFIC ALERT: FORBES AVENUE CLOSURE 🚧

Beginning August 10 (following completion of the current Forbes Avenue project), another section of Forbes Avenue will undergo roadway improvements.

📍 Project: Repaving of Forbes Avenue (Nightingale Drive to S. Rosamond Boulevard)

📅 Schedule: August 10 – September 11
Work will not begin until the previous Forbes Avenue project (between Payne Avenue and Mitchell/Nightingale Street) is complete.

🚧 What to Expect:

Full road closure for roadway repaving
Traffic control plan with clearly marked detour routes
Construction activity throughout the project area

🚗 Driver Reminders:
✅ Follow all posted detour signs and message boards.
✅ Stay alert for construction crews and equipment.
✅ Allow extra travel time when traveling through the area.

Please help us serve you efficiently by following these steps:

🔹 New prescriptions from an on-base clinician: No activation is needed. Your prescription should be ready in approximately one hour.

🔹 New prescriptions from an off-base provider: Call (661) 277-2052 to activate your prescription.

🔹 Refills: Request your refill through the MHS GENESIS Patient Portal or call (661) 277-9896 before you run out of medication. Please allow three duty days for processing.

Submitting refill requests early helps our short-staffed pharmacy team serve all patients as efficiently as possible.

If you have any questions, please call the pharmacy directly at (661) 277-2052.
