Lately, I’ve been feeling a bit (EMOTION: BORED/UNDERWHELMED/RESTLESS) and I couldn’t figure out why. None of my usual tricks held my attention for long. Then it dawned on me…why not try something new?

It’s easy to feel like we’re too old or too busy to try something new. As we get older, we easily get stuck in the rhythm of life we’ve created as dictated by our jobs, families, and other factors.

Another reason we resist trying new things is we think that if we aren’t going to take the time to master it, why bother? But guess what, you can still do something even if you aren’t going to be the best at it!

I’ve decided to pick up water aerobics and I encourage you all to try something new, too!
