Healthy Effingham local events and runs Put a post here if you want people to find out about a local run or biking event that is going on in our area.

You can also post events you are participating in. There are several people out there that need more motivatation to get out and do something in the area of exercise. With so many different schedules and levels of expertise I wanted to start this so that we could form groups to adhere to each others levels and schedules! You could be someone that just wants to walk or walk and jog, you could be someone who wants to start challenging yourself to do better, or you could just be someone that wants to leisurely jog for excercise. Let's get together similar groups and help each other out!
