Most people think controlling portions means counting calories, but we think there’s a better way.⁣

Food prep for the next few days included stuffed peppers, tomorrow I'll grill lots of veggies and steak and boil eggs.

This should cover breakfast, lunch and dinner for a few days!

Here's a list of possible classes being offered in Buffalo, S.D. this fall.
These will run in 4 to 6 week sessions.
Dates and times will be set based on interest!

1. Strength training with dumbells, tubing and ankle weights. This class is done mostly in a chair. No lunges or jumping!

2. Yoga/mat class: yoga poses with pilates core, butt and leg work. Breathing and relaxation... using yoga mat, blocks, and straps.

3. Circuit workout: combination of aerobic moves and strength training moves done in timed circuits. This workout will change every time we do it! We will use a huge variety of equipment. Exercise balls, tubing, kettlebells, sliders, balance discs and medicine balls.

4. Body Blast class. Short high-intensity light weights, lunging, jumping, running, squats.
