September always sneaks up on me. One day it's still summer, and the next you're reaching for a sweater and wondering where the last few months went.

To be honest, I kind of love it. September feels like a reset button that actually works. Not a New Year's resolution you'll forget by February. A real, quiet shift in energy.

This year I'm going into it with three things in mind: reflection, recovery, and reestablishment. That's it. No big overhauls, no productivity overload. Just getting back to what matters and letting go of what's been draining me.

Here's the thing I keep coming back to, though. You don't have to wait for January to start fresh. You can do it right now, with this season, with whatever you've got.

So I'm curious, what's your intention for September? Not your to-do list. Your actual intention. The thing you want to feel by the time October rolls around.

Drop it in the comments. I read every single one.

And if you've been meaning to sit down and actually figure this stuff out (instead of just thinking about it), I'd love to help. Book a session with me and let's map it out together.

September is PCOS awareness month, but this year there's something new to know: PCOS has officially been renamed PMOS (Polyendocrine Metabolic Ovarian Syndrome). The new name finally says what this condition actually is: a complex hormonal and metabolic disorder, not just a cyst problem.

If you have it, you already know. The fatigue that hits out of nowhere. The cravings that feel almost impossible to ignore. The inflammation that just won't quit. It's a lot.

Here's what I want you to hear though: small changes actually move the needle. Cutting out inflammatory foods (gluten and dairy are big ones for a lot of people) can shift how you feel more than you'd expect. Herbs like Chaste Tree, Gotu Kola, and Gymnema can help address some of what comes with PMOS as well.

You don't have to figure this all out on your own. That's literally what I'm here for.

If you've been dealing with PMOS and want support, I'd love to work with you. DM me or call (916) 761-8431 to book your appointment. Let's figure out what actually works for your body. 💚

Sugar cravings are wild because they don't feel like a choice. One minute you're fine, the next you're eyeing someone else's dessert.

Gymnema is genuinely one of my favorites because the way it works is kind of unbelievable. It actually suppresses your ability to taste sweetness. Like, you bite into something sweet and... it just doesn't hit the same. The craving loses its grip.

It's been used in Ayurvedic traditions for centuries (not a trend, not new) specifically for reducing sugar cravings and keeping things balanced. It really works!

If you're someone who feels like sugar has more power over you than you'd like, this might be worth looking at. DM me or book a session and we'll figure out if Gymnema makes sense for your routine.

Before I became a healer, I was just someone trying to fix myself.

I showed up to my first Standard Process seminar not knowing what I was doing, just hoping something would click. And it did, but not because I had some special gift. It clicked because I actually believed it could.

That's the part people skip over. The believing.

You're probably dealing with something right now, health, money, a goal that feels too big. The gap between where you are and where you want to be is mostly mindset. Not in a cheesy way. In a "this literally changes what actions you take" way.

If I hadn't thought of myself as someone who could heal (even just myself), I never would've taken the steps to become a healer for others. The vision comes first. Always.

So if you can see it, even faintly, it's possible. I really mean that.

If you're ready to stop waiting and start actually moving toward it, let's talk. Book a session with me and we'll figure out what's getting in the way.

A few years ago, I did epigenetic testing. My biological age came back at 38.8 despite being 56 at the time.

Here's the thing though, it didn't happen because I found some magic supplement or followed a trending protocol. It happened because I spent years digging into the stuff most people ignore. Gut health, stress load, what I was eating, what I was absorbing, what my body was actually doing with all of it.

Your DNA doesn't change. That part's set. But the way your genes express themselves? That's where you have more control than you think. It's called epigenetics, and your daily choices are either turning those genes up or turning them down.

I know that sounds abstract, so here's the practical version: things like chronic inflammation, poor sleep, blood sugar swings, and unaddressed gut issues are quietly accelerating the aging process in ways that don't show up on a standard lab panel.

I built the Biocompatible Age Reversal program because I wanted to offer something I'd actually put myself through first. 3.5 years of research and testing, on myself, before I brought it to anyone else. It includes epigenetic biomarker testing (so you can see your actual biological age), Quantum Nutrition, and a Strategic Food Plan built around your body specifically.

You don't have to guess anymore. You can actually see what's going on inside and do something about it.

If you're curious where you're starting from, let's find out together. Hit the link in my bio or send me a message to get on my schedule.

Here’s something to think about: how many symptoms get written off as "just stress" when your body might actually be asking for B6.

Irritability, weird skin stuff, insomnia, mood swings, losing interest in things you used to love. These aren't random. They can all point back to one little vitamin being low.

Here's what B6 (pyridoxine, if you want to sound fancy) actually does: it helps your body process proteins, fats, and carbs, balance sodium and potassium, make red blood cells, and even protect your heart by fighting off a toxic compound called homocysteine. It's also deeply involved in hormone balance, which is why women on birth control or HRT are especially likely to be running low.

And get this: your body can't make its own B3 without B6. So a deficiency doesn't just show up as one problem. It shows up as several, all at once.

If you've been dealing with acne flare ups, joint changes, ridged nails, or nausea in early pregnancy, B6 might be worth looking into. Same if you're eating a high protein diet or drinking regularly, those both burn through it faster.

One thing people don't realize: B6 leaves the body through urine pretty quickly. It's not one you can take once and forget about.

If any of this sounds familiar, don't just guess. I do Nutritional Health Scans at Inspired Living and we can actually see what your body needs. Text or call me to get yours scheduled.

It's World Plant Milk Day! 🥛🌱

And honestly, if you're still on the fence about ditching dairy, this is your sign.

Bloated? Gassy? Skin acting up? Stubborn weight that won't budge no matter what you do? Dairy might be the thing nobody told you to look at. Yep, even the fancy organic kind.

Here's what most people don't know: casein, the protein in milk, can quietly drive chronic inflammation. We're talking IBS, migraines, eczema, and more. And cheese? It literally hits the same brain receptors as opioids. So if you feel like you can't live without it, that's not a coincidence.

The detox is real. But so are the results.

Plant milks have come a long way. Oat, almond, h**p, coconut, macadamia, cashew, rice... there's something for everyone. And once you see how much better you feel, you won't be looking back.

Want to know what's actually going on with your body? Book a session and let's figure it out together.

I used to say yes to everything. Every favor, every last-minute request, every situation that left me feeling like I'd been wrung out like a wet towel. And honestly? I thought that's just what you did.

It took me way too long to realize that every time I said yes when I meant no, I was basically telling myself I didn't matter.

So I stopped. Not perfectly, not all at once, but I started catching myself. That little gut feeling that shows up right before you agree to something you don't want to do? That's not anxiety. That's your instincts doing their job.

Here's the thing nobody tells you: saying no isn't selfish. It's how you stay sane. It's how you show up for the things (and people) that actually deserve your energy.

If you're someone who's been overcommitting, people-pleasing, or saying yes while your whole body is screaming the opposite, I see you. I've been there. And it's exhausting in a way that's really hard to explain to someone who hasn't lived it.

You don't have to keep doing it that way.

If you're ready to figure out where your energy is actually going and start protecting it, let's talk. Book a session with me and we'll work through it together.

Wellness isn’t purchased. It isn’t injected. It’s not in a pill. It’s earned.

That doesn’t mean supplements, treatments, or other tools never have a place. It means they cannot replace the foundations: sleep, nutrition, movement, hydration, stress support, and the choices you make consistently.

The basics may not be flashy, but they matter.

Build the foundations. Apply what you know. Do the things. That’s how you earn your wellness.

There's always something new promising to be the answer. A supplement. A peptide. A treatment. A new technology.

And listen, I love learning about new tools and therapies. I'm a science nerd. But new doesn't automatically mean better, and no single therapy can replace the foundations your body needs to function well.

Nutrition, digestion, sleep, stress, hormones, movement, lymphatic health, recovery... it all matters.

I jokingly call it "all the things," because real healing is rarely about finding one magic solution. It's about understanding how the pieces work together and figuring out what YOUR body needs right now.

If you're feeling like you've tried a lot of things but still don't feel like yourself, that's usually a sign there's a piece of the puzzle missing. Drop me a message or use the link in bio to schedule a session.
