1. 8–10 hours of sleep for school-age kids 🥗
2. A balanced breakfast before school 🚶

HEAT EXHAUSTION:
Heavy sweating, weakness, cold/pale/clammy skin, nausea → Get indoors immediately, cool down, visit us.
HEAT STROKE (EMERGENCY):
Hot/dry skin, rapid strong pulse, confusion, unconsciousness → CALL 911 immediately.
