Thank you for always supporting the studio and being such an amazing part of our Beastin Beauties fam.

When she first started, she was so shy and kept to herself. Fast forward to now, and she’s over here shaking her butt in JamFit like she’s been doing it her whole life 😂🍑💃 I see youuuuuu

Kimmy came from a bodybuilding background, so convincing her to do some cardio was a challenge 😆 but look at her now! She’s stepped outside her comfort zone, tried new things, and become such a fun part of our community.

Kimmy, we’re so glad you found us. Thank you for trusting us, for showing up, and for bringing your sweet energy into the studio. Watching your confidence grow has been so awesome, and we love having you around.

The Report is here and 470 times women chose themselves in May.

Happy Birthday to our girl Esmeralda! 🎉💕

Some people support you when it’s easy. Some people show up when nobody’s watching.

Esmeralda is one of those people.

She’s one of the kindest, most genuine humans I’ve ever met. The type of person who quietly shows up for others, never asks for recognition, and gives from the heart. Over the years, she’s been there for me and for this studio in more ways than she’ll ever know.

Whether it’s showing up for events, supporting our community, or simply being the amazing human that she is, she always leads with love.

Esmeralda, thank you for being such a bright light, a true shining sta in our Beastin Beauties family. We are so lucky to know you, love you, and call you one of our own.

Catch me & the girls LIVE on ABC7 tomorrow morning at 7:40AM ✨

Honestly… this moment means so much more than just being on TV.
It’s a reminder that hard work, consistency, faith, and community really do matter.

From rebuilding after losing my studio in 2020… to creating a space where women feel stronger, happier, and more confident… this journey has not been easy. But somehow God keeps showing me that I’m exactly where I’m supposed to be.

I’m so grateful for every single woman who has walked through our doors, taken a class, supported a post, brought a friend, or believed in this dream. Beastin Beauties has always been bigger than fitness to me 🫶🏼

From showing up to class… to showing up for HER future too 🥹🎓

One thing about the women in this community? They do HARD things.
Early mornings. Late nights. Work. Family. Stress. Self doubt. And STILL keep going.

And I’m always joking with her that if dentistry doesn’t work out, she already has a backup plan because sis been learning how to shake butt in JamFit too 😭💃🏻 🤣 jk—- or am I? 🤣

But for real… I am SO beyond proud of our girl for earning her Master of Science in Medical Sciences 👏🏼🤍

This is your reminder that you are never too busy, too tired, or too behind to become the woman you dream about.

Everybody go show her some love because this is BIG energy
