When the class starts and you realize you did this to yourself. ……. 🥲

A quien mas le gusta sufrir? ✋🏼

Some workouts are uninterrupted, focused, and exactly how you planned them. And some look like this. ✨

Pausing to grab your daughter. Modifying a movement because she wants to be held. Handing her a snack between sets. Keeping one eye on your workout and the other on her. Stopping before the tears start, then jumping right back in when you can.

Motherhood doesn’t always give you the “perfect” time to work out, so we created something that works on your time.

B/P Home isn’t about having the perfect setup, a quiet house, or an hour completely to yourself. It’s about meeting yourself where you are and remembering that 10 minutes counts. 20 minutes counts. A modified workout counts. Starting, stopping, and finishing later counts.
Your babies can be in the room. Life can happen around you. You can pause when they need you and press play when you’re ready. You’re still showing up for yourself, and that matters.

For only $10/month, our B/P Home Membership gives you workouts you can take with you through every season of life, especially the beautifully unpredictable ones. 🍑

To the moms who keep putting themselves last because there never seems to be enough time: this membership was made with you in mind.

Your workout. Your home. Your pace. Your time.

Join B/P Home for $10/month and start working on you, right in the middle of real life. 🧡
