Friendly Reminder Regarding Appointments ✨
When booking an appointment, please be sure of the service you’d like to receive. Last-minute changes to a different service, downgrading services, or deciding not to proceed with the service originally reserved may still result in the original service fee being charged.
Appointment time is specifically reserved and prepared based on the service requested, and last-minute changes can impact scheduling and availability for other clients.
If you choose to pause or delay a service that has already been partially paid for because you are not ready at the moment, etc., you will have up to 72 hrs to return and redeem the remaining portion of that service. After the 3-day window, any remaining balance or credit will be forfeited, meaning it’s NONREFUNDABLE and the full service amount will need to be paid again if you decide to proceed at a later time.
