Decades in. Still here, for people.

This is Willie Olmstead - Hospice RN at Tender Care

Willie has been doing this work long enough to have seen everything change around her. The technology, the systems, the way care gets delivered.

But through all of it, every change, every evolution, one thing has stayed constant. Willie shows up for the person in front of her. Not just clinically. Humanly. She carries people through their fear. She sits with families during their hardest hours. She makes the unbearable feel less impossible.

Most people spend a lifetime searching for that kind of purpose. Willie has been living it for decades.
