--We are holding our GRAND OPENING this upcoming week on Monday, July 25th!
--Come visit our OPEN HOUSE on August 10th, 10 am to 6 pm! Light refreshment will be served!!

We are beyond happy to have received more than 50 referrals already! Please read the information below to send us a referral or book appointments!

If you are a provider with a patient that needs to be seen, please fax us the referral and your most recent clinic note, and they will be added to the scheduling queue. Our fax is 254 549-9557.
If you are a parent with a child who needs to be seen, please ask your pediatrician to fax us the above information.

If we have already received your fax, we will personally call you to schedule an appointment!

We are beyond excited to announce that we will (hopefully) celebrate our Grand Opening on July 11th (pending renovations). If all goes as planned, we will hold our Open House July 13th from 8 AM - 5 PM! Stay tuned for updates!
