πŸšΆβ€β™€οΈπŸ’™ Move More. Feel Better. Live Healthier.

Being physically active is one of the best ways to care for your body and mind. Regular physical activity can improve your mood, strengthen your heart and muscles, help you sleep better, reduce your risk of chronic diseases, and support a healthy weight.
You don't have to spend hours at the gymβ€”walking, dancing, gardening, or playing with your family all count toward a healthier lifestyle!

βœ… Aim for 150 minutes of moderate physical activity each week and include muscle-strengthening activities at least 2 days a week.
Remember, every movement counts! Start small, stay consistent, and celebrate your progress.

πŸ“² Learn more about the benefits of physical activity from the CDC: CDC Benefits of Physical Activity or by calling YDSP Health Fitness Specialist Emilio Gijon at (915) 860-6133 to help start your journey with Level Up Fitness!
