r of Namaste Acres, practicing yoga in 2018 as an alternative to kickboxing because my body could no long take the high impact workouts. I, of course fell in love with yoga and decided to do get certified in 2020. My main intention of the yoga teacher training was so I could then become certified in stand-up paddle board and teach. I have been doing SUP since 2014. Yoga has definitely changed my life in many ways for the better. I am in better physical shape than ever and have grown spiritually more than I ever could have imagined. In 2022 I decided to take the leap and open Namaste Acres which will be fully up and running this Spring! I am continuing my progress in additional training.
