250 Years of Courage, Hope & Possibility

Today we celebrate 250 years of a nation built upon the belief that freedom allows people to become their very best.
As we gather with family and friends, watch fireworks, share meals, and reflect on those who came before us, we're reminded that freedom isn't only something we celebrate as a country.

It's also something we cultivate within ourselves.
Freedom from fear.
Freedom from limiting beliefs.
Freedom to heal.
Freedom to grow.
Freedom to choose compassion over judgment.
Healing and patriotism share something beautiful in common.

Both ask us to become better stewards—of ourselves, our communities, and one another.

Today, may we honor those who sacrificed for the freedoms we enjoy while also committing ourselves to creating healthier families, stronger communities, and a more compassionate world.
