It took years for people to wake up to supporting their own elimination pathways - now it’s time to think about our pets.

This is one of the root causes to all disease so let’s stop it and keep those elimination pathways open.

PetAmpLife is the solution for opening the elimination pathways, binding the toxins for elimination and supporting the body at the cellular level!

Go check them out - human grade, no fillers. I have practitioners using these on their patients that are sensitive and children, why? because the products are formulated in smaller, tolerable doses.

Our pets are living in a world filled with chemicals their bodies were never designed to handle. From lawn treatments and plastics to medications, air fresheners, and ultra-processed foods, these exposures happen every day and accumulate in the liver, kidneys, fat tissue, brain, and disrupt the microbiome. Unlike acute poisoning, today's chemical burden builds slowly over time, often showing up as itchy skin, digestive problems, low energy, inflammation, elevated liver enzymes, and chronic health issues that seem to have no obvious cause.
In my latest article, I explain why detoxification is much more than a liver cleanse and why supporting the gut, kidneys, lymphatic system, bile flow, nervous system, and cellular antioxidant defenses is essential for long-term health. You'll discover the science behind glutathione, humic and fulvic acids, sulforaphane, milk thistle, taurine, TUDCA, and other natural strategies that help the body process and eliminate toxins efficiently.
If you're looking for practical ways to help your pet thrive in a world full of chemicals, reduce their toxic burden, and build long-term resilience, this is an article you won't want to skip. See the link in the comments below. 🐾✨

Tiny pieces of plastic. Potentially big consequences.

Independent researchers specializing in microplastics, pollution, and toxicology analyzed 30 popular🏆 dog and cat foods🐾, with the findings published in the peer-reviewed journal Environmental Toxicology and Chemistry. Microplastics were found in 76% of the products tested🔬 and 84% of the brands analyzed, including products from brands such as Royal Canin, Pedigree, Nature’s Variety, Iams, Whiskas, Harringtons, Lily’s Kitchen, and Scrumbles. Contamination was found across wet foods🥫, dry foods, value brands🏷️, mid-range brands, and premium brands, although value-priced foods had the highest levels. Some of the most contaminated foods could expose a large dog to more than 2,300 microplastic particles per day or almost a million a year! The most common plastics identified were polyester, polypropylene, polyethylene, and polyacrylamide, suggesting contamination may occur throughout the food supply chain, from ingredients and manufacturing to packaging.

Studies have linked microplastics to gut microbiome disruption, gut barrier damage, inflammation, reproductive issues, and organ dysfunction.

Emerging research suggests nutrients such as sulforaphane-rich broccoli sprouts, NAC, glutathione, milk thistle, chlorella, and glycine can help support the body’s natural antioxidant, liver, gut, and cellular defense systems that can be stressed by environmental contaminants.

This is one reason why Dr. Karen Becker included these ingredients in LIVER LIFT™, a science-driven, nature-powered formula designed to support the liver, kidneys, blood, lymphatic system, and healthy cellular function in the face of everyday environmental stressors.

A peer-reviewed, randomized controlled clinical trial published in Veterinary Sciences, a Q1 veterinary journal, found that dogs🐕 with osteoarthritis🦴🔥 receiving just 40 mg of UC-II® (undenatured type II collagen) experienced improvements in mobility and comfort comparable to those seen in dogs receiving robenacoxib, a prescription anti-inflammatory medication.

After only 30 days, mobility improved by 32.7% in the UC-II group compared to 31.5% in the medication group, with no adverse effects reported in either group. One of the most surprising findings was how quickly UC-II worked, producing measurable benefits within just one month, faster than many previous UC-II studies have reported.

Unlike pain medications💊 that directly suppress inflammation🔥, UC-II works through a process called oral tolerance, helping retrain the immune system to reduce cartilage-targeting inflammation and support long-term joint health.

It’s important to note that dogs with severe arthritis responded better to the prescription medication, while UC-II appeared most effective in dogs with mild to moderate osteoarthritis.

That’s why Dr. Karen Becker included undenatured type II collagen (UC-II) in MOBILITY MATRIX™—a comprehensive, science-backed formula designed to support joints, muscles, cartilage, and connective tissue in both dogs and cats. By combining UC-II with other targeted mobility nutrients, MOBILITY MATRIX™ was created to help pets stay active, comfortable, and moving with ease.

A new peer-reviewed study published in Allergy, one of the world’s leading allergy and immunology journals, found that dogs with allergies😷 and food sensitivities had lower levels of beneficial short-chain fatty acids🦠 in their gut, including butyrate. These gut-produced compounds help maintain the intestinal barrier, regulate the immune system, and control inflammation.🔥 The researchers also found significant changes in the gut microbiome🔬 of affected dogs, adding to growing evidence that chronic itching and allergic disease may be closely linked to gut health. Supporting the microbiome with fiber-rich fresh foods, probiotics, fermented foods, and resistant starches may help increase the production of these beneficial compounds.

That’s why developed PRIMITIVE PROBIOTICS™, a science-backed formula designed to help support a healthier, more resilient gut microbiome. It contains targeted probiotic strains, including Lactobacillus species and Bifidobacterium bifidum, selected for their ability to help nourish beneficial gut bacteria and support the production of short-chain fatty acids, compounds linked to healthy immune function, gut integrity, and inflammation balance.

Below 57°F (14°C), heartworm transmission stops because mosquitoes cannot support larval development, meaning no infective stage is present. Yet many dogs in low-risk climates are still placed on year-round prevention regardless of actual exposure. This becomes even more important when you consider that resistance exists in certain regions and not all preventatives perform equally. Moxidectin-based products show about 97 to 100 percent effectiveness against resistant strains, while ivermectin products like Heartgard range from about 8 to 37 percent and milbemycin products like Interceptor from about 14 to 36 percent. This highlights that resistance is real but still regional, and that drug choice matters far more than most people realize. It also challenges the idea of a one-size-fits-all approach, since risk depends heavily on climate, mosquito season, and geography. At the same time, natural dewormers are not effective against heartworms because these are blood-borne parasites, not intestinal worms. A more accurate approach is a customized plan based on where a dog lives, their exposure risk, and local resistance patterns, rather than blindly following a universal year-round protocol.

Today we’re covering this quandary on our podcast and how to create a customized plan for your dog based on where you live. Some dogs need year round protection, some dogs need 3 months: knowing the specifics is crucial for protecting against this high risk disease and minimizing drug resistance.

Today we remember the brave men and women who gave everything for our freedom. 🇺🇸

Memorial Day is more than a long weekend — it is a moment to pause, reflect, and honor the sacrifice behind the freedoms we often take for granted.

From our pack to yours, thank you to all who served, sacrificed, and never made it home. ❤️

May we never forget the courage, service, and lives laid down for this country.

Dogs are affected by chemicals more than humans.

Rarely do people think about detoxing their pets…..this is why we created PetAmpLife.

3 simple products to open detox pathways, bind the toxins for elimination, and support their mitochondria (cells) for the energy necessary to eliminate toxins.

A new peer-reviewed study in Frontiers in Veterinary Science found that 2 out of 3 dogs with lymphoma were exposed to benzene at DNA-damaging levels, and nearly 9 out of 10 were exposed to xylene. But here’s what most people miss: over half of healthy dogs had similar benzene exposure, and nearly all dogs had xylene exposure too.

This isn’t rare, it’s everyday life. These chemicals, released from products like cleaners, air fresheners, candles, paints, furniture, and even gas stoves, are commonly found in indoor air and can damage DNA in lab studies. Most dogs are living in a constant background of exposure we rarely think about.

The good news is you can reduce it.🙌 Focus on your indoor air, improve ventilation, use an air purifier with activated carbon if possible, avoid synthetic fragrances, switch to simpler low-toxin products, and eliminate smoke exposure. It’s not one big toxin that matters, it’s the constant low-level exposure over time.

And while reducing exposure is step one, supporting your dog’s ability to handle what they’re still exposed to matters just as much.

If you want a science-backed detox support option, Liver Lift™ is a daily, multi-pathway formula designed for pets living in today’s chemical world. It supports liver detox and bile flow, kidney filtration, lymphatic movement, gut binding, antioxidant regeneration, and nervous system regulation.
