I want to speak to the womben of this community.

To the ones who are awakening the wisdom of the womb, healing ancestral lineages, reconnecting to Mother Earth, and embodying the fierce softness of the Divine Feminine within.

What if the answers you’ve been seeking aren’t somewhere outside of you?

What if they’re already within you?

For centuries, women have been taught to disconnect from their wombs, to see this sacred space solely as a physical organ rather than the energetic center of creation, intuition, emotions, and feminine power.

Yet the womb is so much more.

Whether you physically have a womb or not, the womb space is the energetic portal of creation. It’s where we birth ideas, dreams, relationships, businesses, boundaries, and new versions of ourselves.

It holds our deepest wisdom, our intuitive knowing, and often the stories, wounds, and patterns passed down through generations.

When we disconnect from our womb, we often feel disconnected from ourselves.

We may struggle to trust our intuition.

We over-give.

We silence our truth.

We create from exhaustion rather than inspiration.

We forget the power that lives within us.

But when we reconnect with the wisdom of the womb, something begins to shift.

We soften.

We remember.

We reclaim.

Who is ready for some Reiki?!

Last week Mother Nature had other plans for us so the raincheck is your gain!

Instead of gathering indoors, we’re being called to meet by the ocean at York Harbor Beach on Sunday, June 7th from 4 to 5:30 PM.

There’s just something about being near the water. It softens everything. Your body relaxes, your mind quiets, and your energy begins to settle in a way that feels effortless and deeply nourishing.

And honestly, how lucky are we to live so close to her energy?

This Reiki Share is going to be a really relaxed and open space. You can come exactly as you are. You’re welcome to receive, to give, or to simply rest and be held by the ocean and the energy of the group.

There’s nothing you need to do. Nothing you need to be. No expectations. Just space to reconnect, reset, and breathe.

You also do not need to be attuned to Reiki to join. If you’ve been curious about energy healing or just feel called to be in a space like this, you are so welcome here.

We’ll have a large tarp set up for everyone, and I recommend bringing a towel or anything that helps you feel comfortable.

This offering is in partnership with York Parks and Recreation, and I feel so grateful that we get to gather together in such a beautiful, natural space.

I want to share something with you, woman to woman…. Womb to womb 🌹

There comes a moment when pushing through no longer feels aligned. When doing more, fixing more, or trying harder does not actually bring you closer to yourself. And instead, something softer begins to rise within you.

A quiet knowing that there is more available for you than simply holding everything together.

Stepping into your Divine Feminine essence is not about becoming someone new. It is about remembering the woman you have always been beneath the expectations, responsibilities, and survival patterns that taught you to keep going no matter what.

The part of you that feels deeply.
The part of you that knows.
The part of you that desires, creates, and longs to experience life fully.

Over time, so many women learn to disconnect from their bodies and silence what they truly feel. The womb holds it. The heart protects it. The voice softens around it.

This work is about gently coming back to yourself.

The Divine Feminine Portal is a sacred ceremony created to help you reconnect with the wisdom of your womb, your heart, and your voice. A space where you can finally exhale. Where you do not need to perform, prove, or have everything figured out. You simply get to arrive exactly as you are.

This gathering is for you if you have been feeling disconnected from yourself, moving through a life transition, or sensing that quiet inner call for something deeper.

💗 The heart holds love, grief, compassion, and connection

🗣 The throat holds truth, expression, and boundaries

And for many women these centers have learned to protect themselves.

Through all energetic facets of life…

trauma
silencing
survival

And so we disconnect from our bodies, our emotions, and our innate truth.

Beautiful mothers- to those who give life and create all the people in the world. Today we honor you, though truly mothers need to be held in gratitude and love every day. 🙏💗

As a mama of two there has been no other teacher and expander of my soul like my children. Pure love. Pure reflection. Pure joy.

It also helps to have a great role model like my sweet mama. 🥰

Motherhood and being a Great Mother asks us for new space and unearthed territory of self like never before. I’m 6 years into the ride and my goddess it’s the most important work I’ve done in my life thus far. Showing up for yourself, initiating into a frequency that will forever change your lineage- the power that women have when they say “yes” to them!!! 💗
