We all need support along our journey- and as I opened my new studio room yesterday, I anchored into immense gratitude for all the beautiful souls who have supported me along the way. I was even having this conversation with my husband just before I brought my table into the studio.

There have been incredible women and men who have shown me kindness- given me the breadcrumb to take the next step or a complete leap of faith - and then there’s my family- my loving husband, mom and dad, who now guides me from above, who have been my number one fans since day one that I stepped into this work. I’m so excited to share that Elevate Within doors are now open at my new space inside of TruGlo!

“I don’t chase. I attract.”

What’s fascinating about this statement is that for women, it’s an innate frequency within our bodies, within our womb.

Did you know that within your womb the egg isn’t simply waiting to be “found” like we’ve once been taught, rather research suggests that the egg and its surrounding cells release chemical signals that help guide nearby s***m. Fertilization isn’t a race, it’s a conversation….and so is life.

There is wisdom in that, and your womb, your precious body can hold the frequency to attract what she desires.

As womben, we’re not designed to spend our lives constantly chasing, proving, forcing, or striving. We’re invited to cultivate an inner state that naturally calls in what is aligned for us- for our highest and best.

The feminine doesn’t attract through urgency, she attracts through grounded presence.

She doesn’t create from depletion, she creates from connection.

She doesn’t force the next chapter, she becomes the womban who is ready to receive it.

This isn’t about sitting back and doing nothing. You still need to take inspired action, honor your visions, and follow the nudges of your soul.

But your actions are held lovingly in trust instead of fear, in alignment instead of scarcity.

Nature reminds us that life unfolds through relationship, resonance, and receptivity.

So, beautiful soul, the invitation is to ask yourself today-

🤍Where am I chasing?
🤍Where can I soften into trust?
🤍What would it feel like to become magnetic simply by being fully expressed as myself?

Your power isn’t in the chase.

Your power is in your grounded presence.

Lovey- never ever change….

Words by Frank…I danced the night away with my dad to this song. I can still feel his huge “hockey hands” as we called them, holding mine, twirling me on the wooden dance floor under the white tent in the crisp Vermont air. His moves were definitely a step up than this hippy dancer could grove with 🤣

9 years since your Soul retuned back home. 9 years of feeling grief and what it truly means to live life without you. The highs the lows, the similarities I see in my son that remind me of you, the signs I receive from you, all of it a journey for my soul to move through and to continue to witness life through a lens of curiosity, awe, and unconditional love.

My dad always had the best intentions for me and my sisters- affording us opportunities to experience life and above anything my dad taught me to explore every opportunity, to have fun, grow and learn and get in the left lane and go 🏒

There are times in life that have a significant impact on your trajectory…for me when Reiki came into my life, it had the most profound impact I could have ever imagined… the first session I ever had set the stage for me to make a major life decision, move across the country and start fresh.

I followed my intuition and the breadcrumbs that brought me to Colorado where my younger sister shared home with me and I began learning this incredibly powerful yet gentle ancient hands-on healing modality.

Reiki level Two allowed me to heal past experiences that were needed to continue my healing journey and allow my consciousness to deepen with brighter awareness of the energetics of life.

I want to speak to the womben of this community.

To the ones who are awakening the wisdom of the womb, healing ancestral lineages, reconnecting to Mother Earth, and embodying the fierce softness of the Divine Feminine within.

What if the answers you’ve been seeking aren’t somewhere outside of you?

What if they’re already within you?

For centuries, women have been taught to disconnect from their wombs, to see this sacred space solely as a physical organ rather than the energetic center of creation, intuition, emotions, and feminine power.

Yet the womb is so much more.

Who is ready for some Reiki?!

Last week Mother Nature had other plans for us so the raincheck is your gain!

Instead of gathering indoors, we’re being called to meet by the ocean at York Harbor Beach on Sunday, June 7th from 4 to 5:30 PM.

There’s just something about being near the water. It softens everything. Your body relaxes, your mind quiets, and your energy begins to settle in a way that feels effortless and deeply nourishing.

And honestly, how lucky are we to live so close to her energy?

This Reiki Share is going to be a really relaxed and open space. You can come exactly as you are. You’re welcome to receive, to give, or to simply rest and be held by the ocean and the energy of the group.

There’s nothing you need to do. Nothing you need to be. No expectations. Just space to reconnect, reset, and breathe.

You also do not need to be attuned to Reiki to join. If you’ve been curious about energy healing or just feel called to be in a space like this, you are so welcome here.

We’ll have a large tarp set up for everyone, and I recommend bringing a towel or anything that helps you feel comfortable.

This offering is in partnership with York Parks and Recreation, and I feel so grateful that we get to gather together in such a beautiful, natural space.
