For women over 50, caring for ourselves also means slowing down, getting outside, breathing deeply, and simply enjoying the moment. 💚🌱

At 63 I’m learning that wellness is not just about how we exercise and what we eat, but also about how we care for our peace, our joy and ourselves 💚
