Today we had a very special four-legged visitor! 🐶

Marlene from Elite Dog Training brought Mikela and her beautiful Golden Retriever, Phoebe, for a wonderful learning session filled with cuddles, wet noses, wagging tails, and plenty of puppy kisses! 🐕💕

Therapy dogs have a special way of bringing comfort, companionship, and pure joy to our residents. Sometimes the best therapy comes with four paws and a wagging tail! 🥰

Today, we’re taking a trip down memory lane with our very own Betty Emke, pictured here when she first arrived in the United States with her beautiful baby girl.
This precious photograph reminds us that every resident has a lifetime of stories to tell. Before they became part of our Peridot family, they were young parents, hardworking professionals, adventurers, dreamers, and so much more.
They have raised families, built careers, overcome challenges, and witnessed decades of history. Their experiences have shaped the remarkable individuals we have the privilege of caring for today.

Aging may change the chapter, but it never erases the story.
